The founder of the firm, Manuel J. Doña Martín is qualified and practises as a Spanish lawyer (Abogado), English Solicitor and English Notary Public. All our lawyers and staff are bilingual and experienced in Spanish and English legal matters. We are able to consider and advise on the implications of cross-border Anglo-Spanish legal issues from the perspective of lawyers experienced in both legal systems. We provide advice using terminology that can be understood by our clients and warn them of any relevant differences between the English and the Spanish legal systems.
